Jashar Dobraj, kryesues I asambles\u00eb komunale t\u00eb Decanit fillimisht kumtoi se \u201casambleja komunale e Decanit, n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e 29 korrikut 2016 solli vendim q\u00eb \u201cAsamblea Komunale e Decanit tw shpall \u201cQytetar Nderi\u201d ish ambasadorin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dr.Islam Lauk\u00ebn me motivacion:\u201dP\u00ebr kontribut t\u00eb shquar n\u00eb shkenc\u00eb, politik\u00eb dhe diplomaci\u201d. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb akt kuvendi komunal I Decanit vet\u00ebm sa formalizon at\u00eb q\u00eb ka q\u00ebn\u00eb faktike sepse ambasadori Lauka me kontributin e tij ka q\u00ebn\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Decanit gjithmon\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><b>Aldo Bum<\/b><b><em>\u00e7<\/em>i: &#8220;Tituj t<\/b><b>\u00eb till<\/b><b>\u00eb nderojn<\/b><b>\u00eb politik<\/b><b>\u00ebn shqiptare&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b>Vler\u00ebsimi I sot\u00ebm p\u00ebr dr.Islam Lauk\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nder p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare, tha deputeti I Kuvendit \u00eb Shqip\u00ebrsi\u00eb, Aldo Bum<em>\u00e7<\/em>i,sipas t\u00eb cilit me\u00a0 2009, kur dr.Islam Lauka u em\u00ebrua ambassador I Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ishte nj\u00eb p\u00ebriudh\u00eb shum\u00eb e ngarkuar : \u201cN\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebriudh\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar rreth 100 marr\u00ebveshje Shqip\u00ebri-Kosov\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb bashk\u00ebrenduar puna nd\u00ebrmjet dy ministrive p\u00ebr njohjen e Kosov\u00ebs, an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e saj n\u00eb mekanizma nd\u00ebrkombtar dhe gjat\u00eb gjith k\u00ebsaj kohe, nuk kemi q\u00ebn\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar I asnj\u00eb inicidenti\u00a0 apo debati&#8230;\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Titullin \u201cQytetar Nderi\u201d dr.Islam Lauk\u00ebs ia dor\u00ebzoi kryetari I komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Decanit. Rasim Selmanaj, I cili me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast tha se: \u201cGjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb ka q\u00ebn\u00eb ambassador, mendoj se dr.
