Mir\u00ebpo, procesi do t\u00eb vazhdoje deri ne zbardhjen e fatit t\u00eb t\u00eb pagjeturit t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Ky proces sigurisht \u00ebsht\u00eb i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb sepse gjurm\u00ebt e \u00a0krimeve jan\u00eb zhdukur edhe me djegje t\u00eb kufomave n\u00eb vendet e krimeve, ku permenden edhe furrnaltat, si: Obiliq, \u00a0Trep\u00e7\u00eb, \u00a0Feronikel, Maqkatica, n\u00eb Serbi.<\/p>\n<p>Pastaj ka pas hedhje t\u00eb trupave n\u00eb lumenj, \u00a0liqenj dhe n\u00eb varreza ilegale masive dhe individuale. P\u00ebr trupat e djegur t\u00eb cil\u00ebt dihen \u00a0si kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar, ekziston nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb \u00a0juridike p\u00ebr t\u00b4u shpallur i vdekur. Po at\u00ebher\u00eb u be e\u00a0ditur se statusi i qindra mbetjeve mortore njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb paidentifikuara ishte i paqart\u00eb dhe fragmentet skeletore kishin mbetur t\u00eb paidentifikuara p\u00ebr afro nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb. At\u00ebher\u00eb, Deparatementi i Mjeksise Ligjore t\u00eb EULEX-it filloi projektin p\u00ebr rinanalizimin e k\u00ebtyre mbetjeve: n\u00eb iu p\u00ebrkisnin personave t\u00eb pagjetur ndonj\u00eb nga to; n\u00ebse po, pse nuk ishin identifikuar m\u00eb par\u00eb; dhe, kujt i p\u00ebrkisnin ato mbetje, \u00a0n\u00ebse jo te pagjeturve? N\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar p\u00ebrgjigjet shkencore, EULEX-DML zhvilloi nj\u00eb plan strategjik.
