Projekti do te financohet nga buxheti i Republikes se Kosoves dhe do te punohet nga arqitekte te Komunes se Decanit.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<div>Beteja e Koshares eshte nder betejat me te ashpra te Ushtrise Clirimtare te Kosoves perballe forcave serbe. Ne kete beteje, \u201cBrigada 131\u201d me komandant Rrustem berishen, \u201cBrigada 134\u201d me komandant Sali Qekun dhe \u201cBataljoni Diversanto-Vezhgues\u201d me komandant Anton Qunin, te shkrira ne \u201cGrupin e Trete Operativ\u201d, me 9 prill 1999 me thyerjen e kufirit shqiptaro-shqiptar shkruan faqen me te lavdishme te hisotrise se Kosoves.\u00a0 Fadil Hadergjonaj,\u00a0 me nofken e luftes &#8220;Bjeshka&#8221;, ishte komandant i Bataljonit te Dyte te \u201cBrigades 138-Agim Ramadani\u201d ne Betejen e Koshares.<\/div>\n<div><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><i><i>\u201cBeteja e Koshares mbetet gjithmone ne mendjen dhe zemren time dhe te bahkeluftetareve te mi-thote Hadergjonaj. Ne jetojme me ate beteje,angazhimin e pashoq te lufetareve dhe natyrisht, edhe krenohemi me suksesin e asaj beteje e cila koniderohet si nje nder betejat me te fuqishme te Ushtrise Cliritimtare te Kosoves, e cila i dha goditjen perfunditmare armikut. Fadil Hadergjonaj ishte komandant i Bataljonit te Dyte te \u201cBrigades 138-Agim Ramadani\u201d. <b><\/b><\/div>\n<div><i><\/i><br \/>\n<i><\/i><\/div>\n<div><i>\u201c<\/i>Beteja e Koshares kishte domethenje te dyfishte, si ne aspektin juridik poashtu edhe ne ate kombtar.<i>Sepse, ne \u00a0mund te flasim dite e nate per bashkimin kombtar, por vet simbolika e Betejes se Koshares jep mesazhin e qarte per ate qe do ta kuptoje:fshirje te kufirit ne mes te shqitpareve. Nje jurist i diplomuar, nje politikan dhe njeri i cili kishte kaluar neper te gjitha funksionet dhe kolltuqet te cilat po i gezojne fale asaj lufte, t\u00b4braktis te gjitha dhe te kap armen ne dore duke u shnderruar ne ushtar lirie, kjo nuk ndodh shpesh. Dhe kshtu, si nje figure e shquar e politikes se kohesu vu ne balle te ushtareve te vet, ne balle te oficereve dhe ne balle te asaj beteje\u201d.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><b><\/b><br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/div>\n<div>Sepse, dashuria e Sali Qekut ndaj atdheut ishte mbi cdo dashuri tjeter. Te tille e njohin te gjithe,te tille e kujton edhe vellai i tij Musa Qeku.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><i>\u201cKur na debuan per ne Shqiperi, erdhi me na pa tek pas nje muaji se megjithese ne Shqiperi, nuk kishte kohe me ardhe. Dhe,ate dite, na drejtohet mua dhe djalit te agjes: \u201cCka po bani ju ktu?Pse nuk po vini edhe ju me luftu perkrah nesh?! Po m\u00b4vjen cudi i Serbia nuk ka ketu asgje edhe vjen e i len eshtrat per vend te huaj \u00a0e ju, vendin tuaj nuk i dilni ne ndhihme?!\u201d Ky ishte \u00a0mesazhi i pare me te cilin na terhiqte verejtjen por, mbeti edhe mesazhi i fundit se ne ma tjeter nuk e kemi pa te gjalle&#8230;.\u201d.<\/i><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Beteja e Koshares-Perpjekje titanike per liri dhe shlyerje kufijsh<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Nente hektare toke ne fshatin Koshare, te shpallura nga Qeveria e Kosoves si Zone e Interesit te Vecante do te shnderrohen ne nje Kompleks Memorial\u00a0 per te perjetesuar Betejen e Koshares, ne te cilen me gryken e\u00a0 pushkes u be thyerja e kufirit shqiptaro-shqiptar. Per vepren sublime te luftetareve do te flasw simbolika e lapidarit qe do te ngrihet aty ku prehen eshtrat\u00a0 e te 114 deshmoreve te kesaj beteje. Ndersa, per lavdine e kesaj beteje te luftes per liri do te flasin dokumetnacione e sekuenca autentike filmike qe do te ekpozohen ne muzeun qe do te ndertohet ne kuader te kompleksit. Amfiteatri veror do te ofroje mundesi organizimi manifestimesh, perderisa elementi \u00a0kyq eshte Porta Triumfale, e cila do te simbolizoje hyrjen brenda kufirit te forcave te Ushtrise Clirimtare te Kosoves si dhe renjen sublime te 114 deshmoreve ne perballje me<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0forcat serbe gjate thyerjes se kufirit Kosove-Shqiperi.<\/div>\n<div><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/div>\n<div><i>\u201cNuk e di se cka do te ishte veper e merituar qe do te barazohej me flijimin sublim te deshmoreve&#8230; Natyrisht, ckado qe te behet per deshmoret, invalidet, veteranet dhe familjet e tyre \u00a0kurre nuk do te jete mjaft sepse ajo qe kane sjell ata eshte e pakompenzueshme. Ata\u00a0nuk kursyen jeten qe ne ta gezojme sot lirine! \u00a0Por, per ne kjo beteje nuk do te ishte aq e madhe po te mos kishin qene ne krye njerezit e medhenj, qe nga ushtari i fundit e deri te prijesit e betejes, dy prej te cileve Agim Ramadani dhe Sali Qeku nga presidenti i ndjere jane shpall Heronj te Kosoves\u201d, thote z.<\/i>Hadergjonaj.<i><\/i><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Memoriali-pasqyre e perpjekjeve titanike per liri <\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Realizimi i kompleksit memorial ne Koshare nga Ministria e Planifikimit Hapsinor iu besua kompanise \u201cIntech\u201dnga Decani me ne krye inxh. Shkelzen qorraj. Me qellim qe projekti te nxjerr ne pah ne menyre sa me te denje betejen historike te Koshares, ne organizim te te Shoqates se Arkitekteve dhe Nderimtareve te komunes se Decanit dhe perkrahur nga SHIP (Shoqata e Intelektualeve te Pavarur &#8211; De\u00e7an),kompania fituese Intech prezantoi punimet ne projekt, te cilin arkitekte dhe ndertimtare te komunes dhe me gjere e pasuruan me idete, kritikat dhe sugjerimet. Prandaj, perkudner faktit se kompania Intech kishte bere pune te mire, qe ajo e tera te konkretizohet me vepra arti ne, si grup arkitektesh\u00a0 dhe ndertimtaresh kemi ndihmuar duke dhene sugjerime konkrete\u201d.<b><\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Venja e gurethemelit u be ne 13-te vjetorin e Betejes se Koshares <\/b><i><\/i><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Venja e gurethemelit te Kompleksit Memorial ne Koshare u be me 9 prill 2012, ne 13-te vjetorin e Betejes se Koshares. Nje gezim ky i papershkrueshem per pjesemarresit e kesaj beteje. Por, per familjaret, nje inciative tejet e vonuar kur per mungese infrastruktures, per 13-te vjet ata u privuan nga vizita ne varrezat e me te dashurve t e tyre. Musa Qeku, vella\u00a0 i Heroit te Kosoves, Sali Qekut \u00a0shprehet i zhgenjyer:<i> \u00a0<\/i><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><i><i>\u201cLufta e Koshares ka qene mbi te gjitha lufterat qe jane bere ne Kosove. Por, perderisa jane ndertuar varreza ne cdo kend te Kosoves, varrezat e deshmoreve ne Koshare per 13-te vjetkane ngel ne meshiren e fatit. Nana ime, e cila vdiq para dy vitesh thoshte: \u201cS\u00b4po du me u knaq me djale as per e vcekuri, se per se gjalli s\u00b4u knaqa asnjehere\u201d. Se, kerkonte me shku n\u00b4Koshare. Kerri nuk shkojke, me ec nuk mujke, n\u00b4shpine nuk u cojke.E qysh?! Aktualisht, ne varrezat e Koshares jane te varrosur \u00a085 ushtare, perderisa trupat e te tjereve jane terhequr nga familjet e veta per shkak te pamundesise se vizites ne varreza,si pasoje e mungeses se infrastruktures.Per relaizimine\u00a0 e Memorialit te Betejes se Koshares, qeveria e Kosoves i ka ndare 200 mije euro perderisa kostoja e projektit pritet te kaloje 3 milione.
