Ky eshte fillimi i zgjidhjes se nyjes se\u00a0ujesjellesit per dhjete\u00a0 fshatra te komunes se Decanit, i cili po zvarritet tash 10 vjet.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nTe mbi 1,300 banoret e fshatit Rastovice nuk do te kene me veshtiresi me furnzimin me uje te pijes, se tashme te 150 shtepite e tyre\u00a0 jane paisur me ujesjelles te ri. Vite te tera pa te ishin tejet te gjata,thone banoret.<\/p>\n<p>\\&#8221;<em>Veshtiresite kane qene gjithmone prezente meqe ne jemi furnizuar gjithmone nga puset ndersa, veshtiresite me te medha jane paraqit kur kane vershuar ujerat e zeza mbi toke dhe keshtu eshte bere ndotja e ujerave<\/em>\\&#8221;-thote Muje Kadrijaj,banor i ketij fshati,sipas te cilit furnizimi nga puset gjithmone\u00a0 permbante ne vete rrezikun e kontaminimit te ujerave.\\&#8221;<em>Te t\\&#8217; htem te drejten,une disa here i kam ba analizat e ujit dhe rezultatet kane qene deri diku brenda kufijve te lejueshem,por edhe ka pas bakterje gje e cila me siguri ka bart pasoja tek banoret sepse cilesia ka qene e dobet\\&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Edhe Beqir Kadrijaj me familjen e tij per vite te tera eshte perballur me veshtiresite qe bart mungesa e ujit te pijes. Ndersa, furnizimin me pompa kohe pas kohe hendikeponte edhe mugnesa e rrymes, thote z.Kadrijaj:<\/p>\n<p><em>\\&#8221;Furnizimin e kemi pas ne menyre klasike, nga puset apo aty ketu me pompa. Por, edhe ashtu problemet vazhdonin,meqe sa here ndalej rryma ne mbesnim edhe pa uje.Rregullimi i tij ka qene domosdoshmeri jetike. Ndersa, sot eshte nje fatbardhesi e madhe,sepse nga nje katastrofe e fshatit tashme po pi uje te paster qe m\\&#8217;kenaq shpirtin, sepse vjen nga bjeshket tona. Dhe mbi te gjitha,edhe kur po ndalet rryma uji po rrjedh\\&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Banoret per vite te tera te rrezikuar nga uji i ndotur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sido qe te jete, keto dite te veshtira banoret e Rastovices i kane pas vetes.Ndersa, kjo dite do te mbetet e shenuar ne kujtesen e te gjitheve.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Vet prezenca e gjithe banoreve te fshatit tregon nje gezim shume te madh per realizimin e kesaj nevoje te madhe dhe plotesimin e ketij kushti elementar per jete te shendetshme. Prandaj besoj se kj odite do te mbetet ne kujtese per kohe te gjate\\&#8221;,<\/em>thote Muje Kadrijaj.<\/p>\n<p><em>\\&#8221;Po per Zotin,eshte kenaqesi e madhe se uji eshte jete. Se, kur po hi n\\&#8217; shpi edhe ku po ndalet rryma s\\&#8217; po them:\\&#8221;Khu,paskam me shku me marr uje!\\&#8221;,por po e shoh se ka dhe po rri shlire. ndaj, kushdo qe ka investu, qofte komuna, qofte bashkimi Evropian, qofte ministrite apo ndonje donator tjeter, ne u jemi mirenjohes te gjitheve dhe ne kemi pushuar nga ato veshtiresi te perballjes me mungese te ujit te pijes qe nga pefundim i luftes\\&#8221;,<\/em>i bashkangjitet kusheriri Beqiri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rrumbullakesimi i ujesjellesit per 10 fshatra me 24 mars<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kryetari i komunes se Decanit Rasim Selmanaj thote se nyja shuemnvjecare e ujesjellesit per dhjete fshatrat e Komunes se Decanit tashme ka gjet zgjidhjen dhe perurimi i ketij ujesjellesi eshte fillimi i rezlutateve te angazhimit shumevjecar.<\/p>\n<p><em>\\&#8221;Projekti i ujesjellesit per 10 fshatrat e komunes se Decanit mund te themi se ka perfundu. Ne disa fshatra ka mbet me u implementu kyqja familjare.Prilepi tashme eshte kry, sot kemi perurimin ne fshatin Rastovice, do t\\&#8217; vazhdojme me fshatin Prekolluke dhe per nje kohe shume te shkurter do t\\&#8217; behen kyqjet familjare ne te gjitha fshatrat. Perderisa, projekti do te rrumbullakesohet me perurimin tek Kompleksi Memorial i Deshmoreve te Kombit ne Gllogjan. me 24 mars, ne pervjetorin e fillimit te luftes frontale ne Dukagjin\\&#8221;,<\/em>thote Selmanaj, sipas te cilit\u00a0realizimi i projektit per 10-te fshatra te komunes se Decanit eshte investim i perbahket i komunes se Decanit dhe Ministrise se Ambientit dhe Planifikimit Hapsinor ne vlere prej 1 milione eurosh,perjashtuar investimet paraprake nga qeveria,d onatoret dhe komuniteti te cilat si pasoje e destinimit e gabuar rezultuan me zvarritjen shumevjecare te ketij projekti.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>8 janar 2014, Radio Kosova.
