The story presents a sunday gathering with albanian americans and the key moments from the electoral campaign of Mark Gjonaj, the first Albanian-American elected to public office in the United States.
Alongside three other candidates, Mark Gjonaj entered the race for the New York State Assembly and emerged victorious in the New York City Council elections held on September 12, 2017.
