6 nëntor 2013, Dojce Vele, Instituti Robert Bosch në bashkëpunim me Shkollën e Gazetarisë në Berlin iu ofrojnë gazetarëve nga Evropa Juglindore dhe ajo Qendrore një përvojë tremujore në mediat gjermane.
Gazetari Naim Haxhosaj, megjithëse këtë konkurs e ka kapur në orët e fundit të ditës kur përfundonte afati, thotë se shpreson ta ketë kapur këtë rast pë jetë,pasi gazetarët nga Kosova sivjet marrin pjesë për herë të parë në programin “Mediat – Ndërmjetësues ndërmjet popujve”. Por, edhe pse beson se përvoja në një redaksi gjermane do të bëj kthesë në jetën e tij profesionale, ndryshimi i angazhimit të tij si gazetar pas kthimit nuk do t´jetë i lehtë.
“Sepse në Ballkan ka një shkallë më të lartë të kriminalitetit dhe të dukurive negative dhe gazetarët që provojnë t´i luftojnë ato, shpeshherë hasin në rezistencën apo kërcënimet e grupeve të caktuara, të qytetareve të zakonshem apo edhe të pushtetit“, thotë Naimi, i cili përkundër përvojës jo të mire si gazetar, beson se”pervojat e marra nga Gjermania dhe nga kolegët gjermanë janë gjithmonë dobiprurëse për qytetarin dhe shtetin. Por mbi të gjitha, kjo i kontribuon ngritjes së vetëdijes së përgjithshme“.
Mundësi edhe për gazetarë nga Ballkani

për gazetarët nga Evropa e Mesme dhe ajo Juglindore. Sivjet për herë të parë të drejtë konkurimi kanë edhe gazetarë nga Shqipëria, Bosnjë-Hercegovina, Kosova, Maqedonia, Mali i Zi dhe Serbia. „Përvoja që iu ofrohet bursistëve në muajin e parë është marrja e njohurive kompakte mbi Gjermaninë, marrëdhëniet ndërmjet këtyre vendeve si dhe perspektivën e përbashkët në Bashkimin Evropian, nëpërmjet bisedave, leksioneve, takimeve në vend të ngjarjes. Kerstin Schulz, bartëse e projektit„Mirëkuptimi ndërmjet popujve-Evropa dhe fqinjtë e saj“, thotë për Dë-në se pas kësaj përvoje në mediat gjermane:„ pjesëmarrësit e deritanishëm të përfshirë në këtë program e shohin këtë përvojë si një shtytje bindëse për karrierën e tyre në gazetari“. Sipas saj programi jo vetëm që ju jep mundësinë për të zhvilluar profesionin e
gazetarisë, por edhe mundësinë e e vazhdimit të profesionit të tyre në mediat gjermane. “Kjo varet patjetër nga performanca e bursistëve. Me këtë nuk nënkuptohet një transferim direkt në kuadër të programit, sikurse nuk përjashtohet një mundësi e tillë në raste të veçanta”, thotë Schulz për të shtuar se në raste të tilla Fondacioni Robert Bosch dhe Shkolla e Gazetarise në Berlin janë jashtë këtij shansi.
Programi „Mediat – Ndërmjetësues ndërmjet popujve 2014“i Fondacionit Robert Bosch dhe Shkollës së Gazetarisë së Berlinit, iu mundëson bursistëve qëndrimin me statusin „Korrespondentë me afat të caktuar“ dhe njohjen me punën e deritanishme të kolegëve gjermanë. Ata do të kenë mundësinë të përgatisin artikuj për redaksitë nikoqire si dhe për redaksitë e mediave nga vendet prej nga vijnë. Sigurisht që dy kërkesat kryesore për aplikim janë përvoja në gazetari dhe njohuritë e mira të gjuhës gjermane.
