“Debati Roli i gruas ne vendimmarrje”<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

31 mars 2012,Radio Kosova. <\/b>\u00a0Ne institucionet e Kosoves eshte plotesuar kuota e perfaqesimit te gruas <\/span>me 30\u00a0 per qind, mirepo roli i saj edhe me tej mbetet nen hije dhe pozita e saj le per te desheruar. Si perfaqesuese te gjysmes se popullsise ne Kosove, ato jane kembengulese qe me vlera dhe me pune te marrin vendin e merituar ne shoqeri . Kjo ishte edhe tema e debatit te sotem, organizuar nga Klubi i Debatit, ne Decan.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Megjithese perfaqesimi i gruas ne institucionet e Kosoves eshte i rregulluar me ligj, prania e tyre ne proceset vendimmarrese le per te deshirruar per faktin se ne pozitat kyqe jane meshkujt te cilet hezitojne qe ato t\u00b4ua besojne femrave. Por, femra ne Kosove eshte kembgengulese qe me vlerat e saj dhe te marr vendin e merituar, mendon Teuta Haxhiu, deputete e Parlamentit te Kosoves.<\/div>\n

\u00a0\u201cTash mund te flas pak ne personale ,asnjehere nuk ajm kthy pas do t\u00b4eci dhe do ta shohn veten gjithhere si nje gare te shendoshe<\/i><\/i>me meshkujt. Besoj se edhe te gjitha femrat e tjera do ta bejne kete, por neve na duhet pak hapesire dhe nje mirekuptim\u00a0 gjinise tjeter per te kuptu se Kosova nuk do te ec ne rrugen te cilen e ka para vetes poqese nuk eshte e perfaqesuar femra ne vendimmarrje\u201d.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Krimi i organizuar luftohet mirefilli vetem nga femrat<\/b><\/div>\n

Sipas deputetes Haxhiu, problemet qe ne rrugen e nisur Kosoven e ngrehin pas si krimi i organizuar, korrupsioni,etj., mund te luftohen ne menyre te mirefillte vetem nga femra.<\/b><\/div>\n

\u00a0\u201cPoqese e femra eshte ne vendet udheheqese e pa ndikuar nga gjinia mashkullore do te ecte me hapa me te sigurt edhe do te conte vendin perapra. Kemi nje presidente, te cilet pa dashte me e tepru, ajo reflekton pizitivisht dhe vleresohet nga faktori nderkomtbar. Pra, jane vertet shume gjera qe kane ec dhe ne do te shkojme edhe me perpara, poqese femra eshte ne pikat kyqe dhe ne vendet udhehqese\u201d.<\/b><\/i><\/div>\n

Kuota e perfaqesimit te femres me 30 per qind respektohet edhe ne pushtein lokal, ne te cilin ndjehet poashtu angazhimi i femres dhe vullneti i saj per te qene pjese aktive e shoqerise. Keshtu ndodh edhe ne asamblene komunale te Pejes, thote kryesasuesja Arberesha Nallbani, sipas se ciles angazhimi i femres duhet te jete i vazhdueshem jo vetem per qeshtjet te cilat kane te bejne me femren.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/i><\/div>\n
\u201cGrate per shume qeshtje ngrisin zerin me shume se qe pritet. Por,ne jemi ne permiresim dhe nuk duhet te jemi te vetkenaqura ne anje aspekt \u00a0sa i perket pjesemarrjes ne vendimmarrje. Jemi ne perpjekje te vazhdueshme per fuqizimin e gruas, sepse ne komunen tone prej 14 drejtorive vetem tri jane drejtoresha. Por kjo eshte me shume se ne te kalauren dhe shpresojme se ne te ardhmen te implementohet se paku ligji per barazi gjinore, meqense me statistika jemi gjysma e popullates jemi femra. \u00a0Dhe kjo eshte ne funksion te asaj qe ne gjithmone te lypim dicka me shume dhe te arrime… E them kur don femra mundet, gjen force, por para se gjithash duhet te dijw\u201d,<\/i>thote z.Nallbani, kryesuese e asamblese se Pejes. <\/i><\/b><\/div>\n

Dhe, asambleistet e komunes se Gjakoves, duket dine dhe munden, sepse ato tashme ato kane fillaur t\u00b4i numerojne edhe projektet e tyre ne ngritjen e mireqenjes se qytetareve te komunes se tyre. Keshtu te pakten thote Mirdita Ademaj, anetare e kuvendit<\/p>\n

komunal dhe anetare e bordit te grupit te grave asambleiste te Gjakoves, nga radhet e LDD-se, sipas se ciles zeri i femres ne asamblene e Gjakoves degjohet \u00a0ne mase te duhur dhe meshkujt jane te vetdishem rolit te tyre:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00a0\u201cAty ku kerkohet nevoja ne aty e ngrisim zerin.Disa here kemi has ne mirekuptim edhe me ekzekutivin dhe jane realizu kerkesat tona.P.sh., \u00a0une si anetare e Kuvendit Komunal kam kerkuar realizimin e projektit \u00a0madhor te \u00a0ujesjellesit te 12 fsahtrave te Rekes se Keqe dhe ai projekt eshte ne realizim e siper. Me te drejt them se kur kemi ndonje kerkese neve gjithmone na ipet e drejta te flasim. E pastaj implementimi varet nga buxheti dhe mundesia e komune qe te realizoje kerkesat tona. Per fat te mrie meshkujt ajne te vetdihsme se pa perkrahjen tone, se ne jemi 14 amsambelsite se 14 vota tona nu kdon te thote pak. Mneqeoftese jemi te bashkaura atehere ecdo vendim qe merret ne asamblene komunale do te jete i ndikuar nga vota jone\u201d.<\/b><\/i><\/div>\n

Ne asamblene komunale te Decanit,\u00a0 nga 27 deputete sa jane gjithsejt, 9 prej tyre jane femra.Por, edhepse jo te gjitha jane aktive, vullneti per te bere ndryshime ne te mire gjithmone eshte prezent, thote Valbona Idrizaj, asambleiste ne komunen e Decanits sipas se ciles femrave as ne media nuk iu ipet hapesire sa duhet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cNje hendikep eshte se te gjitha grupet e asamblese udhehiqen nga meshkutj dhe meshkujt gjithmone\u00a0 kane fjalen vendimtare. Zbrazetire tjeter eshte se ne disa komitete \u00a0me te rendesishme mungon prezenca e femresedhe femra gjithmone mbetet pa qesje ose njoftohet gjithmone ne momentin e\u00a0 fundit. Kjo zvogelon edhe mundesine e kyqjes se femres ne debat direkt. Mirepo, duke e pare qe nuk kemi aq qasje ne vendimmarrje edhe mungojme edhe me prezentime, koheve te fundit jemi formu si Grup i Grave Asambleiste me qellim qe ta ngrisim zerin per femren, te punojme qe femra decanase te fuqizohet edhe me shume, te kete rol vendimmarres edde ne komune edhe ne asamble,mirepo edhe ne jeten shoqerore dhe \u00a0publike\u201d. <\/i><\/div>\n

Dhe kjo, ngaqe femra eshte e zonja te deshmoje veten dhe te marr vendin meritor ne shoqeri, mendon Saranda Hyseni asambleiste e Kuvendit Komunal te\u00a0 Gjakoves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cQasja qe i behet femres per mua eshte absolutisht e papranueshme,sepse ne te gjitha takimet dhe debatet tentohet qe t\u00b4i ipet 30 perqindshi apo \u00a0pozita vec pse eshte femer si \u201cgjinia me e bukur\u201d. Dhe keto jane te papranueshme, sepse ne komunen tone kemi gjykatese, prokurore, togere e te tjera,te cilat nuk kane marre poziten pse jane femra apo pse duken bukur, por sepse \u00a0kane kualifikim, meritojne dhe jane te zonjat t\u00b4i dalin ne fund punes me pergjegjesi. Prandaj do doja qe kete se pari ta ngulis ne vetvete e pastaj ta transmetoje ne shoqeri\u201d. <\/i><\/div>\n

Zyrtaret e tri komunave te Rajonit te Pejes: Peje,Decan dhe Junik i mblodhi rreth nje tryeze Klubi i Debatit ne Decan, me mbeshtetjen e fondacionit gjerman Fridrich Ebert. Ne kete debat rreth angazhimit te \u00a0femres ne procesin e vendimmarrjes ne asamblete komunale te Rajonit e Pejes mungoi zeri i Istogut dhe i Klines, ngaqe kryesuesi \u00a0Klines ka qene ne udhetim zyrtar ndersa kryesuesi i Istogut anuloi ardhjen ne momentin e fundit, tha Adem Lushaj, kryetar i Shoqates se Intelektualeve te Pavarur ne organizim te ciles gjithmone organizohen debate rreth qeshtjeve me interes:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
