Kemi nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me Zyr\u00ebn e Komisionit Evropian, Me UNDP-n\u00eb, Bank\u00ebn Bot\u00ebrore etj., me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt implementojm\u00eb \u00a0projekte t\u00eb cilat nd\u00ebrlidhen me k\u00ebt\u00eb <\/i>sfer\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe pun\u00ebsimit ,<i> t\u00eb cilat v\u00ebrtet ofrojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb veten m\u00eb leht\u00eb n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs<\/i>\u201c<i>,<\/i> thot\u00eb z.Gaxhiqi sipas t\u00eb cilit vet\u00ebm nga projekti i sapop\u00ebrfunduar \u201cEU Kosvet VI\u201d, financuar nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe menagjuar nga Zyra Nd\u00ebrlidh\u00ebse e Komisionit Evropian ishte nd\u00ebr projektet t\u00eb\u00a0 cilat kan\u00eb ndihmuar t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb t\u00eb marrin njohuri p\u00ebr marketingun, menagjimin, shitjen, financat, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojn\u00eb shkatht\u00ebsit\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e planit t\u00eb biznesit, n\u00eb themelimin e nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeje si dhe n\u00eb mbajtjen afatgjat\u00eb t\u00eb kompanive profitabile.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Nga projektet p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsimin n\u00eb pun\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar mij\u00ebra t\u00eb rinj<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0\u201cN\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit \u201cKosvet VI\u201d, 1,200 prej 1656 personave kan\u00eb shkuar ne vendet e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb kompani t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb kryer trajnime tremujore dhe jane paguar gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb trajnimit\u201d, shpjegon z.Gaxhiqi.<b><\/b><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0\u201cProgrami p\u00ebr gjenerim t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb\u201dnga Pogrami p\u00ebr Zhvillim i Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara(UNDP) \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr projektet q\u00eb vazhdon. Prej korrikut kam filluar praktik\u00ebn gjasht\u00ebmujore dhe deri k\u00ebtu rezultatet kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqshme. Se, megjith\u00ebse e diplomuar n\u00eb Fakultetin Juridik, p\u00ebrvoja universitare nga ajo praktike dallon shum\u00eb sepse neve na \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsia vet\u00ebm n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb teorike. Nd\u00ebrsa, nga ky projekt kam p\u00ebrfitu shum\u00eb gjana, duke filluar prej an\u00ebs administrative<\/i><i> \u201c, <\/i>thot\u00eb Valentina.<\/div>\n<div><b>Cdo vit n\u00eb tregun\u00a0 e pun\u00ebs hyn\u00eb rreth 30 mij\u00eb krah\u00eb t\u00eb rinj pune<\/b><\/div>\n<div>P\u00ebrderisa, sipas k\u00ebshilltarit Gaxhiqi, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjet jan\u00eb mjaft bashk\u00ebpunuese p\u00ebrderisa interesimi i t\u00eb rinjve p\u00ebr \u00a0pjes\u00ebmarrje \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft i lart\u00eb. \u00a0<i>\u201cProjektet jan\u00eb t\u00eb hapura p\u00ebr \u00a0t\u00eb \u00a0gjitha komunitetet t\u00eb cilat jetojn\u00eb\u00a0 n\u00eb shtetin e Kosov\u00ebs.
