Mir\u00ebpo,\u00a0 fakti se ajo p\u00ebr 12-t\u00eb vjet u prezantua nga nj\u00eb departament i vet\u00ebm ishte n\u00ebncmim dhe hedhje n\u00eb harres\u00eb e kontributit t\u00eb m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve nga institucionet e shtetit<\/div>\n<div>t\u00eb vet, \u00a0mendon Lan Avdiu veprimtar i m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs me banim n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr i cili ka shpres\u00eb se themelimi i Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Diaspor\u00ebs do t\u00eb sjell ndryshime ne jeten e mergimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><i>\u201cDiaspora gjer me tani ka qene totalisht e zhgenjyer me isnticuonet e Kosoves. Ata s\u00b4kane ba asgje per diasporen. Mirepo, tani shpresojme me themelimin e\u00a0 Ministrise se Diaspores\u00a0gjerat dot e ndryshojne, se ajo e kupton rolin edhe pergjegjesine te cilen e ka mare per 800 mije shqitpar qe jetojne jashte vendit\u201d.<\/i><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>30 per qind e trupit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs jeton jasht\u00eb saj<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Themelimi i Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Diapor\u00ebs n\u00eb maj t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti e cila p\u00ebr themeluesit e saj u pa si nj\u00eb adres\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet p\u00ebr nevojat e m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve dhe forcim i lidhjes s\u00eb tyre me vendlindjen e p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, nj\u00eb \u201cpazar\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet partive politike n\u00eb koalicion, p\u00ebr ministrin e diaspor\u00ebs Ibrahim Makollin:<i><i>\u201cThemelimi i Minsitris\u00eb s\u00eb Diaspor\u00ebs d\u00ebshmon edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtimin q\u00eb ka qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb raport me nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb popullit ton\u00eb. M\u00ebrgata nuk duhet t\u00eb shikohet vet\u00ebm si nj\u00eb potencial ekonomik, por mbi t\u00eb gjtiha si nj\u00eb potencial intelektual, poltik, akademik i Kosov\u00ebs dhe si i till\u00eb, t\u00b4i krijohen mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse e proceseve zhvillimore n\u00eb vend\u201d,<\/i> thot\u00eb ministri Makolli siaps t\u00eb cilit nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb po hartohet nj\u00eb strategji afatmesme dhe aftagjate p\u00ebr diaspor\u00ebn, implementimi i s\u00eb ciles do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb krijimin e instrumenteve dhe mekanizmave t\u00eb efektsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhur Kosov\u00ebn dhe mergat\u00ebn e vet.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Nj\u00eb lidhje , e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb prer\u00eb keq me ligjin p\u00ebr regjistrimin e popullisis\u00eb, mendon Mentor Thaci, gazetar dhe poet i cili jeton dhe vepron n\u00eb Gjermani.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><i>\u201cLigji p\u00ebr Regjistrimin e Popullsis\u00eb dhe kjo v\u00ebnje e balancit t\u00eb eg\u00ebr q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe tentativ\u00eb p\u00ebr zbutjen e perqindjes s\u00eb madhe t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare me elemente t\u00eb tjera, si p.sh. hic 500 mije shqiptare e shto 200 mij\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb disikriminues. Cdokund n\u00eb bot\u00eb b\u00ebhet regjistrimi i banor\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb vendit, sepse mbi k\u00ebto shifra hartohen edhe politikat e shtetit. Ne po k\u00ebshtu kemi edhe nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb psej\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb pakicave, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb ndryshme ende jetojn\u00eb si t\u00eb zhvendosur jasht\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe nuk e kan\u00eb fituar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00b4q\u00ebn\u00eb banor\u00eb rezident, pavar\u00ebsisht rrethanave n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb leviz jasht\u00eb vendit. Ne kemi p\u00ebrfunduar faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb, pra, regjsitrimin e banor\u00ebve rezident t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e dyte q\u00eb do t\u00b4jet\u00eb viti 2012-t\u00eb, ne do t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb me regjistrimin e m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs son\u00eb.
