Belleja \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr fshatrat m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e De\u00e7anit. M\u00eb se\u00a0<\/b>gjysma e tij shtrihet brenda kufirit t\u00eb Zon\u00ebs me Interes t\u00eb Ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb Manastirit t\u00eb De\u00e7anit, e themeluar mbi baz\u00ebn e aktvendimit 2005\/5 l\u00ebshuar nga ish i D\u00ebrguari Special i Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Soren Jesen Petersen, n\u00eb prill t\u00eb vitit 2005. Kjo zon\u00eb, e cila shtrihet n\u00eb 600 hektar\u00eb tok\u00eb pa p\u00ebrjashtuar as pronat private, u inkorporua si e tille n\u00eb Pakon e Ahtisarit.
